With expertise spanning operational management for residential and commercial property as well as facilities management, partnerships and strategic sourcing, he is perfectly placed to oversee the Group.
Having started his career at Chestertons as a negotiator in 1996, Richard Davies has built his knowledge of the company, and the industry, from the ground up, progressing through the ranks to become Managing Director in 2022. Now UK Operations Director for Campions, Richard oversees the Group's operational activities across the Chestertons, Chase Buchanan, Campions Lettings & Management and Retirement Homesearch businesses.
